Dr. Rico has been a technical leader in support of NASA, Navy, Air Force, and Army for over 30 years where has led over 30 change initiatives based on Cloud Computing, DevOps, Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, PMBoK, ISO 9001, and much more. He specializes in IT investment analysis, portfolio valuation, and organization change and is currently overseeing a multi-billion dollar portfolio. Dr Rico is a frequent keynote speaker and the author of seven textbooks.
