Communicating Like a Journalist

Messaging in project management can be everything.  But for many PMs, it comes across as an afterthought.  Carl explains how project managers (and any other managers) can leverage the basic concepts of journalism, from the six basic questions to the inverted pyramid to the follow-on.  He examines the three most common mistakes we make in everything from e-mail to project reports, and drives home the need to remember what the receiver needs to hear.
