In this presentation, the concept of servant leadership is introduced, and then discussed in the context of risk management.  We discuss the notion of how servant leaders can follow through on the basic principles of team-driven solutions, obstacle removal, and cheerleading in a risk management context.

Carl Pritchard is a lecturer, author and consultant in project and risk management. He is considered a thought leader on risk, having authored the risk chapter of the "Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (4th Edition)", and many of his own books.
