In this session we will discuss how to sequence and time the various stakeholder feedback mechanisms, using hierarchical structures to maximize time and value, and will explore the good and bad impacts of short, iterative, and incremental agile cycles on stakeholder management.

Stephen Cohen is a Chief Architect with Microsoft’s Rapid Response team run by the worldwide Office of the CTO.  He focuses on large, critical, complex, program recovery. Mr. Cohen has been doing project recovery at Microsoft for more than 23 years.
