Seven Signs Your IV&V Has “Gone Native”

IV&V can be invaluable to large development projects, providing the sponsoring entity with independent assessments of product quality and vendor process efficacy and consistency. One challenge to effective IV&V can be IV&V consultants “Going Native” and beginning to over identify with the vendor’s perspective, potentially compromising their objectivity.
