In this presentation, the concept of servant leadership is introduced, and then discussed in the context of risk management. Since servant leaders are those whose primary leadership role is support and coaching, this workshop delves into the notion of how servant leaders can follow through on the basic principles of team-driven solutions, obstacle removal, and cheerleading in a risk management context.
